Thanks for taking the time to read over our policies, we hope to answer many of your questions here.

If you do not agree with any of our policies, please do not bid or purchase our items.

We do not appreciate negative feedback & paypal disputes from customers who do not read our auctions or policies.  If you do not agree with our policies, please take your business elsewhere.  We try to provide top quality low cost items.  Sometimes items are non-functional.  Please read the item report to ensure you know what you are purchasing.  We do guarantee items to be as described.

General

All items are sold as/is with no warranty unless specifically stated under item report section.  Items priced 10.00 or less are sold without warranty.  We cannot offer to exchange these items.  We do not warrant consumables (toner, batteries etc.)  We do not include cables or other accessories with items.  We do have them for sale, you can purchase them during checkout.  Software, cd’s, drivers, oem warranty support etc. are not included & are the responsibility of the purchaser to provide.  We sell hardware only.  We do not provide tech support for items.  Items we have tested, occasionally arrive doa, we offer a warranty to cover this. 

We purchase surplus & overstock items to provide low prices for our customers.  Please keep in mind when purchasing items.

We do not offer local pickup.  Sales tax will be collected for all Ohio and Nevada residents.

We do respond to every email. We try to use the eBay message center.   If you did not receive a response from us, please call or try sending an email from a different account, as we do not want our customers to feel neglected.

All items are expected to be paid within 7 days.  We wait 10 days to file non paying bidder, then hold item for 2 more days for buyer to complete payment.  After that point, we offer a restocking fee to cancel the sale, then unpaid item strikes are left and the items are returned to available inventory.

Our system is set to automatically leave feedback once its been left for us. 

We cannot change or modify orders once they have been created. 

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase at any time, without reason or cause.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your item within 1 day of payment.  Sometimes it may take 2-3 days to ship.  It may take up to 1 business day for carrier to pickup your item after we have processed it.

Freight items are subject to $45.00 handling fee per item.  We cannot ship on 3rd party accounts.  We do not allow local pickup, without prior arrangements, & there is a pickup fee.

Please check shipping info prior to bidding so you are aware of the shipping costs.  Unfortunately we do not have the most economical international shipping.  Email prior to bidding or use a 3rd party freight forwarder.  We will gladly ship the items to them instead. 

We state the purchase price on all customs forms.  We are not responsible for customs fees or duties.

We ask customers to enter the ship to address.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  Items returned due to delivery error or without an RMA will be refunded without shipping charges, less restocking fee, 25%.

Items which are damaged or lost in transit need to be reported within 3 days.  Resolutions may take up to 90 days.  Refunds or exchanges will not be made until item is returned (at customers expense) or resolution is made from shipping carrier.

We send shipment notifications and other emails to your registered eBay email address.   Please be sure you check that email account, and do not rely solely upon the eBay message center.

Shipping carrier listed may not be shipping carrier used.

We ship items from different warehouses.  Unfortunately we cannot combine shipping of all items.  Please read item location to determine if items may be combined. 

Returns

In the event an item does not function as described, etc. Please notify us, we do not neglect customers.

Only items which are N A and B are eligible for returns.  Please read all information under item report for details.  Customer is required to fill out an RMA,  Refunds will be given by exchange or store credit.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Refund will be only for selling price on eBay.  Items returned without RMA number, not defective, etc. are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee.

All returns must be properly packaged, and include all original items, parts and pieces & packaging.  Items returned incomplete may not be eligible for return or exchange.  Items damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.  It is the customers responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the item in order to receive full credit.

We do not provide call tags or cover return shipping costs, even if error is on our part.
